At The Toastery, we believe the best moments happen around good food and a great cup of coffee. Our artisan toasties are made using locally baked bread and quality ingredients, paired perfectly with speciality coffee, homemade treats and a relaxed atmosphere. Founded by husband-and-wife team Sophie and Rossa Mac Aindriu, The Toastery was inspired by their travels through Asia, Australia and New Zealand, bringing fresh ideas home to the heart of Enniskillen.

From expertly brewed Fairtrade organic speciality coffee to refreshing home-brewed iced teas and iced coffees, our drinks menu has something for every season. Whether you're after your morning caffeine fix or a chilled drink to unwind, every cup is crafted with quality and care.
As the sun goes down, The Toastery transforms into an intimate evening dining experience. Join us every Saturday from 6:15pm – 9:00pm for a menu of seasonal small plates, artisan charcuterie boards, carefully curated wines and great conversation. Relax, unwind and discover a new way to enjoy The Toastery after dark.
